The island in the kitchen is perfect for those pre dinner drinks and nibbles.
The dining-area enjoys the best of the views - that is if you are not eating outside in the fresh air.
Just outside the dining area, you can bubble away in this fabulous hot tub.
The living-area is perfect for relaxing in after a day out and about exploring.
The flagstone flooring and little hallway make this a really practical place to stay with a dog.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor with a double bed, TV and en suite shower-room.

You will often see the farm's cows in the field next to the cottage - they are sure to come up and see you too!
Grassy lanes and footpaths lead from the farm into the tranquil countryside. (This is not the track to the farm!)

Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Cottage is remotely located in the beautiful Devon countryside. Lanes to cottage are narrow with passing places, but just a short drive into Crediton for supermarkets & takeaways. Cottage is spacious, airy, very comfortable, and peaceful - just perfect to relax and chill out. We enjoyed playing ball games in the fully enclosed secure garden, as well as making friends with the livestock over the fence in the adjoining field. Would highly recommend. ...

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
It is remote but exactly what we wanted for a week relaxing.
The barn is lovely really comfortable and well equipped for a family, couples and dogs.

Owners were very friendly & helpful, didn't intrude unless we had any questions. Peaceful & relaxing setting with everything you needed. Nice touch with a welcome pack including a home made cake.
