The panoramic outlook over open countryside which can be enjoyed from the new hot tub, gives you complete privacy and the three bedroom/two shower-room, open plan accommodation is bright and spacious. There is even a boot-room with a hotdog shower for your four-legged friend, complete with dog shampoo and towels. Dogs can be left unattended at Great Ash Barn in the private kennel which is provided solely for guests' use. The kennel is in the lockable boot-room which is accessed from the drive. Beds, bowls etc all provided in the kennel. Dogs can be in the kennel when you are at or away from the property. They can be walked for an additional charge by prior arrangement. The enclosed garden area is a bonus and there's also an electric vehicle charging point available for your use (payable via app) - how handy is that?
The farm is at the end of a wonderful country lane, with new tarmac all the way and with plenty of passing places. It will set the scene for the tranquility you will find at this lovely detached property, which has peaceful footpaths from the doorstep for you to explore.
