Nice cottage with lovely sea views, but do be aware of the proximity to the boat club and pub if you prefer not to be close to noise of these bars in summer months.

Wonderful home overlooking the yacht club with great sound proof windrows. Lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Great to be so central to the action and wonderful to literally step out of your house into the sea. Gorgeous place and would book again....

Location is amazing and ideal for all local amenities! House was well equipped for a large number of people. Shower in garden is a bonus for returning from the beach!

The house was very well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Location was amazing, so peaceful and relaxing over-looking the sea. Very useful to have the pub next door and delis and shops very close by. We would recommend to stay here and would definitely stay here again ourselves. Classic were very helpful....

Fantastic cottage next to the sea, well equipped and furnished, in a beautiful location, with fabulous ever changing views of the Solent. Parking directly outside the property could be an issue in the summer months though, but this is the only real negative point!...
