August 2017

Beautiful chalet, plenty attention to detail to make it a special and relaxing holiday in a wonderful seaside location, close to Lyme centre, yet away from the crowds.

August 2017

My husband and I would definitely book the chalet again .The weather was exceptional which made the break even better and the view was outstanding.

August 2017

July 2017

The Clalet was just lovely - lovely spot with the sea so close, and a comfy, light and airey chalet. Everything was spotless and felt like new.

June 2017

Lovely chalet - beautifully equipped in a stunning location. The tea, coffee and biscuits were very welcome when we arrived. Easy walking distance to everything in Lyme Regis but, bearing in mind the cripplingly steep roads in the town, we'd advise walking through the gardens going 'up' and through the town coming 'down'.

June 2017

So beautiful and petfdctly located - we absolutely fell in love with it (so much so we don't really want to tell anyone!)

June 2017

Sitting on the verandah, with nothing to spoil your view of the sea and sky is a rare treat. The landscape at this spot is lovely. There are no roads to cross and no parked cars (although the beach is for the most part stoney). If you go expecting hotel-room comfort, you'll be both disappointed and missing the point. It's a beach hut after all. But if you go expecting smart camping, you'll likely be delighted, as were we. We thought the hut cleverly designed, fitted and equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom. It's all been very well thought out and nothing has been done on the cheap (there are no hand-me-downs here). It's also very well insulated, and has heating.

The verandah has an old table which stays out in rain and shine so is a bit weather worn. This didn't bother us, but if it's likely to bother you, you might want to take a a tablecloth.

The mezzanine bed has pretty low head room and is a bit of challenge to get into, but it is comfortable to sleep in (we managed OK). However, if it's not for you, there's also a sofa bed on the ground-floor level.
