Fantastic sized property, with 6 in our party you were never feeling crowded even in the kitchen area. We all thoroughly enjoyed this property for its remote location, but closeness walk or drive to Polzeath where we attended a wedding. Clear view sky at night was amazing. Wild life in abundance. If you want to explore Cornwall easy to get to via car excellent. Supermarkets of all the leading competitors. EV charging still needs work there, but still too many apps and not functioning equipment, but we did get charged. Just had to travel further to find equipment.

Great position, with the clubhouse very close. Views across to the sea are good. The walk down to Polzeath took 15/20 minutes.

Clean but tired property in places, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Amazing location.

This property is in an excellent location but it is let down by poor cleaning and poor maintenance.

We had a fab stay at Atlantic View. The location is great as we were next door to the paddle tennis courts and restaurant/bar & golf course but within walking distance of Polzeath. There is a washer/dryer in the downstairs loo which is v handy. There is a tall fridge freezer as well as separate integrated fridge and freezer. The second and third bedroom are very small so more suited to children. There was a nice big garden with views to the sea in the distance. There was also a bbq which we didn’t use. The downstairs is open plan with very comfy sofas. All in all a great little cottage.

Very comfortable cottage with lovely scenery and excellent facilities.

Great location and good value for money. Walking distance to both Pityme and Polzeath.

Really comfortable homely property with the most amazing view! Great to have the golf clubhouse next door for food and drinks and real bonus being 15 minute walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this well appointed property. It was handy being close to Polzeath without being near any crowds. Good value for money.

The cottage was well equipped and the view from the garden was amazing - easy to reach all the places we love to visit - and the sun shone!

Lovely place to stay, out of the hustle and bustle of Polzeath but close enough to walk in 15 minutes. All facilities at the Point are great and its s fabulous location to walk to Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock.

Aside from the master bedroom, the bedrooms are very small with very little and poorly designed storage. This cottage is not really suitable for four adults and two children. Four people maximum is the limit.

Well stocked kitchen. Super to have 2 x fridges and freezers Great utility room. Lovely big bath towels. Location was super with facilities close by. Been holidaying in Polzeath/Trebetherick every year at least once since 1958, and this location was a delightful spot and great for cycling too. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach across the Golf Club. Despite the area heaving with people this year, we did feel we were away from the crowds which was great.

Great situation within reach of the beach and with other activities on site. Very relaxing - who needs tv when there are ever changing views of coast & countryside. Comfortable clean and easy to use. Good WiFi.

Very comfortable and roomy cottage in excellent location.

Don’t count on the WiFi!

A lovely clean and spacious cottage for guests with a 4 wheel drive vehicle, and a wish for a golf holiday or peace & quiet (ie. poor mobile phone signal!!) The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, and the power shower in the en-suite was a wonderful start to the day! The kitchen saucepans and utensils are being replaced which should make self catering in the large open plan kitchen easy. Neighbours said there was a 15 minute walk across the golf course to the Polzeath village. For those with accessibility issues it was a 10 minute drive and parking on the beach (out of season) was easy and cost £1 for an hour. The Spar supermarket catered for most needs, including a bakery section and off-license. The hot chocolate from the beach side cafe at the end of a beach walk was lovely! I emphasise the need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the cottage is situated past the golf course clubhouse, and the driveway is long and has lots of very deep potholes.

We're so pleased to see that you had a great time. Thanks for your feedback - in relation to the access road, we visited in late autumn 2020 and found that this had been recently resurfaced by the estate team at The Point so should offer a smoother arrival (all our colleagues drive standard VW Golfs, so a 4x4 is definitely not required). The cottage's beds are the most comfortable I think I've slept in. The middle double bedroom was mine and I loved it.

Lovely cottage in excellent location . There are a lot to do for the children and adult alike . We have had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage. Very close to The Point swimming pool and bar/restaurant which was handy with the children. Comfortable beds and sofas! We had a fab holiday and would certainly rebook this property.

What a fabulous location. We have had a wonderful 2 week stay at Atlantic View. I would highly recommend Classic Cottages, Atlantic View and The Point Polzeath.

Very nice cottage. Spacious and lovely location. It had everything we needed and was a lovely stay thank you

Lovely cottage to stay for a family of 6. Very quiet area and lots of green scenery. Welcome with a fresh bunch of flowers, milk and a bottle of wine. Would definetely recommend if you wish to have a break from the city life.

Stunning well equipped property. Would recommend to anyone. Had a fabulous stay topped off with great weather.

Atlantic View is a welcoming and comfortable property. The open planned layout of downstairs is ideal for sharing a family holiday. It is situated in the middle of The Point's golf course so enjoys views of the course and surrounding farmland. The back garden is a lovely space and has views out to the sea.
The property was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh milk in the fridge and fresh flowers in the kitchen.

Well-placed & - managed accommodation of a high standard, efficiently administered.

Great location - quiet but within a 15 min walk of the beach. Atlantic View is well appointed and comfortable.
