Outstanding location and outlook, good (essential!) parking, helpful friendly owner, very well equipped kitchen, excellent local shop and butchers, weekly fresh fish van, high tide under the terrace, beautiful safe swimming virtually from the house, ditto the South Cornwall Coastal path....

One of the best positions/views in Cornwall. To have two car parking spaces as well is fantastic, and so unusual.
