I can verify that just about everything claimed for the property was spot on. Practice your reversing skills if you come to Cornwall anyway, but they may help you in getting in and out of the parking spot! I had no problems but sometimes access can be restricted by other residents parking less than carefully. Highly recommended....

Waterside has breathtaking views of the sea, about 10 feet from the living room french doors, amazing views of the sea and wildlife! We saw seals from the house three times, in our weeks stay. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good power shower too, with outdoor shower as well for cleaning up after swimming in the sea. Tatams coffee take away is good, just a couple of doors down, as well as their online ordering of stonebaked pizza and weekly specials. I recommend the lamb caponata pizza. The Hidden Hut on Porthcurnick beach is a short walk away on the coastal path. Good coffee and excellent cake, also feast nights on the beach during the summer. There’s also the Plume of Feathers pub, a well stocked convenience shop (previously Ralph’s), the butchers A.R. Day and a couple of galleries too....
