We have stayed at Uplands many times. Very comfortable house, always clean and presentable,in a great location. Hope to be back next year.

Ideal location for large family. Handy for beach and near enough to village centre for boats ferry shopping and eating out. Overall a very comfortable and pleasing location to be in.

Another fabulous stay at Uplands, the weather was superb and walks into St Mawes for evening drinks made it feel like being abroad. We enjoyed the garden and dinner in the terrace enjoying the views and evening sun. Hope to return at some point in the future.

We had a great holiday in Uplands. The location & the space for all of us (6 adults) was perfect. We especially enjoyed the conservatory & the large gardens. Would happily return.

Hi, Uplands is a very spacious, clean and comfortable property, we have stayed there many times and never been disappointed . Would recommend it to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday in StMawes . 5 stars.

A very comfortable property with everything you could wish for for a holiday stay. Beautiful, quiet surroundings but only a stones throw away from the center of St Mawes.

We had a lovely stay at Uplands and found it gave us plenty of space for everyone in our family even when we were forced to stay in due to heavy rain. Cottage is very comfy and well equipped. The the gardens are huge with great views over the bay. A perfect spot for cream teas on the terrace. A lovely holiday which would be good to do again next year.

Great property, excellent location, everything you would need for an amazing holiday. Would definitely recommend Uplands, nothing I would change. This is our 3rd stay here and look forward to the next.

We had a excellent holiday at Uplands. Very comfortable spotlessly clean accommodation and beautiful manicured private garden with sea views of St Mawes. The huge conservatory was a lovely place to eat and relax. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins walk into St Mawes. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely book again.

Despite the issue of cleanliness Uplands is a lovely family house to stay in. This was our third visit and we have booked for a fourth next year.

Our only regret about staying in Uplands was that we were only there for a week! The property has a superb location, with views over the sea, lots of space inside and out, and a well-equipped kitchen.

We had the most wonderful stay at Uplands - the description doesn’t do it justice. It’s very well equipped, roomy for a big group and the garden + view is heavenly. Thank you!

Great overall property, clean, comfortable ,amazing views easy walk to restaurants, bars ,shops and beach. We had a great relaxing holiday. Thank you.

Dont want to say too much otherwise it will become too popular.

Good location.. Enjoyable views Relaxing break

A wonderful relaxing holiday home.

Had a fantastic stay at Uplands. Very well equipped. Beds comfortable. If we weren't sat outside we sat in the lovely conservatory. The house was very clean too. The views were amazing from Uplands, could see over the Percuil river, the harbour and Pendennis Castle over in Falmouth. We are already planning our next stay.

The house and garden were absolutely breathtaking, the photos and description online by no means do it justice. Absolutely everything had been thought of, there was so much light and space, and the location was amazing. We could happily have spent the whole week at the property with no need for any trips out. We are already planning another holiday here!

A lovely house in a beautiful location - highly recommended.

A very well equipped family home in an excellent location. The views over the harbour were mesmerising even in the rain! The conservatory was amazing. In fact it was a challenge to tear ourselves away from Uplands and go exploring as it was so comfortable.

We absolutely love staying in Uplands. It has plenty of space, a fabulous view and is ideally located.

Brilliant location in pretty town in the lovely Roseland area. Good accessible cottage with plenty of parking and pubs/shops a short walk away. Lovely large garden with well kept lawn and spacious comfortable house. The property is very good but the fab location/views are the trump card.

Excellent property and well located. Lovely furnishings and very well equipped, couldn't fault it.

This was a wonderful home to spend our holiday in. Lots of space, beautiful décor and all the equipment we could have needed. St Mawes is beautiful and the nearby ferry is helpful in getting to other nearby locations easily. We (including our 8month old son) had a fantastic time and would recommend this cottage to anyone. The pictures don't do the sea view justice at all!

We fell in love with the house as soon as we entered. Spacious, but cosy, well-furnished but functional. It is a house that is designed to be lived in. The views are unbeatable and the location perfect, as far as we were concerned - an easy 10 minute walk from the shops. And if you've got children, the garden is perfect for playing hide-and-seek. We spent most of our time in the conservatory and had all our meals there. The only bad thing was that we had to leave!
