Uplands is a beautiful cottage in a stunning location, it was fabulous to wake up to the view across the harbour each morning. It is within walking distance of St Mawes where there are a few pubs and restaurants. The two ferries, one to Falmouth and the other shorter one across the bay means we hardly needed to use the car at all. The kitchen and house in general were extremely well equipped. The only downside were the two double beds which are past their sell by date, being uncomfortable and really need replacing. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and were sad to leave, ...

Fabulous property. Roomy, comfortable, well equipped. Lovely garden with beautiful views. Easy walking distance to centre of St Mawes. We have been staying at holiday properties for over 20 years and this is the best yet.
