We had a lovely stay at Uplands and found it gave us plenty of space for everyone in our family even when we were forced to stay in due to heavy rain. Cottage is very comfy and well equipped. The the gardens are huge with great views over the bay. A perfect spot for cream teas on the terrace. A lovely holiday which would be good to do again next year....

We had a excellent holiday at Uplands. Very comfortable spotlessly clean accommodation and beautiful manicured private garden with sea views of St Mawes. The huge conservatory was a lovely place to eat and relax. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins walk into St Mawes. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely book again. ...
