Property is super and in a great location.Particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. The is our 2nd booking with Classic Cottages and we would highly recommend your company to our family and friends. Hope to book up again with you at some time in the future. Many thanks.
Mrs Edwards July 2018
Excellent service from classic looking to use you again on our next visit to Cornwall. St Mawes is a lovely place and a good base to explore from. Walking distance to restaurants pubs shops and sea edge . The cottage is well equipped with comfy beds. The outside seating area is surrounded by other property so is not very private and is situated at the back of the pub restaurant in which you can smell the aroma of food around tea time. That being said the cottage is a stroll away from the waters edge and from the upper floor has a good sea view .
Mrs Spinner June 2018
Fantastic location in pretty village of St Mawes with a lovely local beach within walking distance. Good selection of eating places and a small supermarket if you want to self cater. The upside down layout of the house gives fantastic views from the dining and lounge area. The house has everything you need. A great find.
Mrs Faulkner June 2018

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is great, as is the view. Having the parking slot is excellent. A really well equipped and comfortable home from home.

Always a bit of a gamble when booking a holiday but happy to say that Sea Spray came up to our expectations and we had a very comfortable week with excellent views of the busy harbour and estuary.

Mr Nelson September 2016

Mrs Rice August 2016
We really enjoyed our stay in seaspray cottage. The living area is bright and airy with fantastic views of St Mawes harbour. All amenities very close no need to use the car in the evening. Delightful well kept village , we were fortunate with the weather, there would not be much to do if the weather was bad.
Mr McClarence July 2016
Would definately recommend the cottage and location. Lovely outlook for 'upside down' arrangement. Access to ferries meant relatively car free holiday.
Mrs Stark June 2016
Sea Spray is a very well equipped and comfortable property with easy access to the facilities in the village, a home-from-home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
