The two roll-back doors in the Dining/Sitting area are a great feature and make the house very flexible for 'inside/outside' living. The location is undoubtedly the key feature of the property. With so much going on on the water in front of the house all day long there is hardly any need to leave the house - although not to do so in an area as pretty as St Mawes would be a travesty of course. Very obviously a well-loved and cared for family home. Probably one of the best two properties we have ever stayed in (and the other was in the Caribbean!)...

Fabulous holiday house, perfect for two families or groups with older teenagers who want private space and lots of bathrooms!!!! Absolutely loved that we could spend a week here without getting the car out - walking distance to the lovely St Mawes with ferry access to Falmouth, Truro etc. Just perfect....
