We love this property, its location and facilities. It’s a lovely walk into St Mawes which justifies lots of pasties and restaurant food. The car space is a great advantage too. It was good to see the headboard in the upstairs bedroom has been recovered and that there were some cushions for the outside chairs. Everything was very clean and well thought through with games, puzzles and a lovely welcome pack. The showers were great. The property would benefit from a decent UV protection parasol and sunbeds to make the most of the lovely weather and balcony. ...

A fabulous house for families and friends to gather in. The village and local walks on your door step. Ferry across to Falmouth always a must. Views across the bay and dolphin spotting amazing as was the peace and quiet. Great base for the Roseland. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and laid out. Definitely would recommend.
