Otter's Holt was a perfect setting for a weekend away with my boyfriend, we loved every second of being there and wished for it not to end! Vicki and Dave were very helpful and lovely hosts. The Hut was beautifully decorated and everything was thought of to cater for our basic needs. Only thing that would have been useful was a plug socket or adapter for my hairdryer :) the hot tub was a big bonus along with the beautiful country surroundings in which to explore and relax in. A really lovely and relaxed weekend in all!...

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your break in the shepherd's hut - it's great to be able to truly relax. The electricity is run from a solar panel system so quite happily powers the lights (the mini oven, hob and fridge are run on gas) but something like a hairdryer would be a little to much for the circuits so we ask guests to embrace the glamping lifestyle and go for the natural look during their stay!
