A lovely, modern, spacious apartment with great views over St Ives. Comfortable for 4 adults. Well equipped. Clean functional kitchen. Plenty of cutlery, crockery. Nice bathrooms with good fluffy towels. Comfy beds, nice linens. Lovely balcony on which to enjoy alfresco meals. ( but watch out for Sammy Seagull and friends ) Nice steady walk into St Ives. Lovely apartment with a great view across St. Ives and the harbour. Modern, clean, well equipped, great welcome pack too! Good position, great to have the parking. The walk into town can be taken several was. As you come along the beach, you could be in the Mediterranean! Lots to do and see, many places to eat. Would advise booking restaurants well in advance at peak times, although lots of restaurants do takeaways. Hope to be back, these are first class holiday apartments. ...

Fab apartment with luxury kitchen facilities. Easy 12 mins walk through leafy lane to St ives or 25 mins walk back along the main road .
