Pretty much everything you need - clean, comfortable, modern kitchen, fantastic view and lots of space. Easy to find and easy parking and only a very short walk into St Ives. Our only negative is that we found the property to be too warm - in late September we needed the bi-fold doors open at night....

We spent 2 weeks here and really did not want to leave! Amazing location, the best we've stayed in at St Ives / Carbis Bay and utterly breath taking views. Easy walk down to the beach, a bit more strenuous back home up the hill! Very handy bus stop right outside and a big Tesco just down the road. Recommend booking your restaurants in advance! Loved it here so much and will definitely return! ...
