Beer is one of the pretty fishing villages or seaside towns to visit along the east Devon coast.
The Jurassic Coast is stunning - you might recognise this view from the television series Broadchurch!
Nearby Lyme Regis has something for everyone, Dinosaur and fossil museums, fishing trips, some great cafes, pubs and restaurants, or you may choose just to watch the world go by.
The Axe Valley - travel alongside the wild bird reserve on the tram from Colyton.
Seaton wetlands, enjoy the bird and insect life along the river Axe, only assistance dogs are allowed.

We've taken quite a few British cottage holidays over the last 15 years, this was the best equipped place we've stayed in. Everything we could've needed provided plus added extras like a good book selection, board games and DVDs! Just lovely. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated cottage. Loved the extra touches as per earlier comment. Excellent location for exploring the East Devon/West Dorset coast and surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty!...
