Nearby Lyme Regis has something for everyone, Dinosaur and fossil museums, fishing trips, some great cafes, pubs and restaurants, or you may choose just to watch the world go by.
The Axe Valley - travel alongside the wild bird reserve on the tram from Colyton.

This holiday home is truly a home! What a stunning property, extremely cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, especially as dog-owners we liked that we were in the country-side, but had amenities on the doorstep and were close to wonderful villages and tourist hotspots. This is a lovely clean and welcoming cottage. Ideally suited to families because it is so spacious. The parking for two cars is useful as well. The cottage is very well equipped , and there are lots of books and games for rainy evenings.
