A beautiful, secluded barn in a wonderful setting. Thoroughly enjoyed the extensive well stocked garden and walks in the meadows. It felt a real privilege to stay in such a peaceful, historic place and yet so near to amenities and wonderful areas to visit. A very comfortable stay in a wonderful property. Warm welcome from delightful and knowledgeable owners. The remote location offers a wonderful sense of peace and quite, best enjoyed in the spacious gardens. The house is warm and spacious. Lovely linens, towels etc. Workable spacious dinning kitchen. Very comfortable, spacious lounge area. Responsive heating system, and hot water on tap. The remoteness = very narrow lanes to the property. Fortunately the lanes are rarely busy. If you want peace, quite, topped off with a dollop of character / history then Leigh Barn would be well recommended. ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leigh Barn. Very pretty cottage in keeping with listed status of property. Large car parking area. Wonderful garden with walking trails around grounds.

Great place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The log burner is very welcoming after a day out in the cold.
