Children and adults will enjoy the table-football!
....and you can challenge each other to a game of table-tennis.
Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.
Sit back and relax in this fabulous sunny garden.

The accommodation was lovely, spacious and clean. Our group of 5 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the en suite facilities in each bedroom as well as comfortable beds. A great sociable place for a get-together which made my special celebrations memorable. Only a couple of issues with the kitchen equipment stop me giving it a 5-star rating....

A great place for multi-generational gatherings, we had 3 generations, plenty of room for 6 adults, 3 children and 3 dogs. The 2 older children loved having their own en-suite. The weather was grim which made the access a bit difficult, but the boot room was a boon for wet shoes, coats and dogs. Wellies are a must in inclement weather. Slate floors were easy to clean. Huge dining table for eating and sharing day's adventures and playing the many board games supplied, which were well used. The Hot tub was enjoyed by a few of the party. Several excursions out to Seaton Tramway, Killerton House & gardens and Sidmouth. Not far from the A30 and plenty of large supermarkets nearby...

Although there is a bedroom on the ground floor, note that access from the parking area and through the garden involves crossing a very uneven cobbled area of the garden that is tricky for those with balance issues or weak ankles. Some parking spaces a problem for low-slung cars which can ground easily when parking in some of the spaces. The house itself is lovely and spacious and well equipped....
