Lambs Lawn is a brilliant place to stay. We were a family of three generations with two dogs. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is the best we’ve had on holiday with plenty of mugs, plates and cutlery. The ovens actually work! We did a quick visit to the new Home Bargains in Honiton and bought pizzas for our first evening which were quickly cooked in the ovens. We liked the big larder fridge and all the space in the kitchen . Very well equipped. We took our own big wok which was the only thing missing . We appreciated the downstairs bedroom as I have mobility issues but had to be careful negotiating the steps up to the boot room and out of the patio doors. It needs a ramp and handrail. We hope to return again. All the family enjoyed the hot tub and games room. The two dogs loved the enclosed, big garden. We never met the owners during our stay but phone numbers were left in the event of any problems. Honiton is a delightful town. The lace museum is a must to visit. Lots of interesting shops and the coast isn’t too far away. There is an information file with maps and suggestions for visits, eating out etc....

Very spacious and well equipped cottage. Garden would be great in the Summer but in Winter the hot tub was a lovely activity as was the games room. Lots of toys, games and books in the cottage so no need to bring your own.
