Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend at Lambs Lawn. A family gathering to celebrate a big birthday our party was aged between 7 months and 70 years. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Stunning views across the countryside. Hot tub was very appreciated. The children enjoyed the play area....

This is a great, spacious property. Very peaceful location in Combe Raleigh and consequently a delight to come back to at the end of the day. Everywhere on the coast seemed to be 30 minutes away. Perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, fossil hunting and exploring. We were a multi generational family and having five en suite bedrooms was wonderful. No bathroom hogging!The Games Room and Hot Tub were much appreciated, as was the huge, safe garden. The owner directed us to a wonderful field just up the road, where we could exercise Meg the Whippet every morning. She loved the space. We had fantastic weather and were able to eat outside at the huge table in the garden every day. The kitchen was really well equipped. No shortage of anything. Our only quibble was that the roasting tins/baking trays really do need replacing along with the frying pans. Otherwise everything else was good quality. Highly recommended....

It’s a great location if you want to explore local beaches which are within 25 minutes. Honiton has lots of shops and restaurant options but the house itself is really well equipped with loads to do. The games room is a winner for all the family. Hot tub great for chilling out. Rooms are comfy and a brilliant shared area for your group to play games, cook, eat and generally have fun!
