We loved this property so much ! Everything was perfect … the place itself , the location and most of all the views . We will definitely try to go back asap . Such a great place and very good value for money .

Warren Heyloft cottage is located on a working farm and hosts Richard and Tania were in hand if anything cropped up and very hospitable. It was nice to hear various farm animals as they grazed on the fields nearby be it cows and sheep. The cottage has qwerky layout and open plan, with good quality furnishings so was very comfortable. There is free parking offered outside the cottage so very easy for unloading and loading. Dawlish Warren beach and entertainment/shops are about 20 minutes walk from the cottage or just a few mins drive, parking is pay and display. The train station next to the Dawlish Warren beach offers the opportunity to explore local areas without the driving, as some of the roads are single track and can be somewhat tiring if exploring and driving everyday. For vegetarian options, the best place close by was The Boathouse at the beachside. We did go to Anchor Inn based on local reviews, but their vegetarian options were limited but that didn’t bother us too much when we searched around. We had a wonderful 1 week stay and we will be happy to stay again at the cottage....

The Exe and Teign estuaries may not be the most popular tourist destinations in Devon, but they are very interesting nevertheless. The railway line running down the Western side of the Exe is very busy during the day, and is a feature of the view from the cottage, though not so close as to be intrusive. It prompted us to use it to get about. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and the property itself very pleasant and spacious....

We very much appreciated the beautiful views from the cottage over the Exe estuary and across the farmland. The position of the cottage was ideal for walkers, straight onto the Exe estuary trail which led to Dawlish Warren with its beautiful beach and bus connections to towns along the coast. We were also within walking distance of the ferry across to Exmouth. This was our second visit and we hope to return....

We have just spent a month at the Hayloft. From our initial enquiry to booking, arriving and sadly leaving, we received the best customer service from Classic and the owner Richard. We felt like family. The property is in a fabulous location. The south facing garden, the space inside and the views and space outside is more than ample and a joy to have. The views of the Exe are idilic, the local infrastructure made for getting around so easy that we left the car on the driveway and there are so many great places, trails and beaches, we ran out of time. We would highly recommend in a heart beat and we will return many times. ...
