We had a lovely weeks holiday, the Hayloft is really comfortable and the owners have decorated this tastefully and provided a well equipped kitchen. The views overlooking the Exe Estuary are attractive and the setting peaceful. The Hayloft provided us with an excellent base for trips out to Dartmoor and the Torbay area. We also enjoyed visiting the dog friendly beach areas at Dawlish Warren and Babacombe Bay and the sandy Exmouth via the ferry from Starcross. The local pub at Cockwood harbour is within easy walking distance and an ideal place for a drink and some cheesy chips....

The cottage is well maintained and in a very quiet location, with a lovely view over the estuary. It is located within a mile or two of Dawlish Warren itself where there is a very nice beach and promenade. There is a restaurant on the promenade which serves very good meals at a reasonable price. There are other restaurants nearby. In all it is an excellent location to spend a holiday and we look forward to staying there again next year ...
