The owners are lovely and helpful. A great cottage with stunning views and well thought out decor. Perfect for a peaceful holiday but also close enough to amenities . Would certainly come back again.

Comfortable, tastefully decorated property with slightly quirky open plan layout, very light and airy living area. Very peaceful position on quiet farm with pleasant outside area overlooking garden and land. Seating area and main windows face west so benefit from the afternoon/evening sun. Great location for all parts of the estuary, its nature reserves, towns, supermarket, train line, beaches, walks and cycle rides. The best aspect for us was the cottage being right on the cycle path running up/down the estuary - take your bike with you! - and having so many places to go within only a few miles. We recommend visiting the waterside area of Exeter, Topsham's museum, architecture, nature reserve & cafes, Exeminster & Dawlish Warren nature reserves & beach, Turf Hotel on the Exeter canal.
