A modern, attractive and comfortable property in a beautiful location, especially good for surfers and people with children. There are excellent restaurants in the area and some very interesting places to visit, for example Dartmouth, Plymouth and National Trust properties....

Mine and my partner's 3rd trip to Devon. This property is by far the best place we've ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is beautiful and very relaxing. The beach is minutes walk away and shops are not far away. Spring Tide is very clean with everything you need and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming here again....
