Just perfect.

Elaine was an excellent house keeper and was there immediately for to help when needed. I would warn people not to follow the Sat Nat when directed we had to reverse over half a mile at one stage and it was an appalling track even my husband who is an excellent driver was worried for our car. I vowed I would not go home that way and would go back via Plymouth if it meant avoiding it. Thank goodness I wasn’t driving! The house however was amazing wonderful views excellent walks and the locals our lovely. Friar Tucks fish and chips were excellent, the fish used was hake and we had a brilliant meal in their restaurant, you have to book only 8 table but it’s yours for the evening. Very impressed with Classic cottages from booking until leaving, well done all....

Thank you so much for your lovely comments - we are sure Elaine was delighted with the mention. If you ever are unsure how to reach the property, we do list the directions from the main road in case the Sat Navs are not being very helpful. It sounds like you had a great time exploring all that the area has to offer and hope to welcome you back. Sarah, Customer Support ...

A lovely cottage with spectacular views. We were also blessed with glorious sunshine so could enjoy the lovely sandy beaches. A great base to explore all south Devon has to offer including Salcombe, Dartmouth and the beautiful steam train journey to the Paignton along the English Riviera. Lovely food including the Bigbury Tea Garden - a must for their Friday night bistro. We hope to be back one day!...
