The living-room has a choice of wonderfully comfortable reclining chairs, with a wood-burning stove for out-of-season evenings.
There is also a private sheltered area at the side of the Lodge. It is quite a suntrap. This area can be enclosed if you wish.

Budleigh Salterton is another lovely little coastal town on the Jurassic Coast.

Beautiful gardens, wonderfully quiet location, good if you want to get 'away from all' Very welcoming, friendly owners who don't disturb you in any way but are there if needed. Very well appointed with everything you could want for inside, comfortable beds much appreciated! Easy to walk the dog around the extensive garden and nearby walks. The homemade cake, bread & marmalade on arrival were such a lovely treat. Would definitely recommend and return. ...

A warm welcome and a lovely cottage, what more could you ask for? The homemade cake, bread and marmalade along with eggs from the ‘girls’ were a lovely touch. The cottage is well equipped and incredibly comfortable with fantastic views across the gardens. Mount Pleasant is a real gem, a lovely place to visit, Terry and Gill are fabulous hosts, we had a great time and will definitely be returning, we would highly recommend.
