St Agnes has everything in walking distance but if you don’t enjoy walking or struggle with steps or steep roads and paths this probably isn’t the holiday for you if you intend to stay local. Go for it.... beautiful restored barn. Really nicely done. Quiet, relaxing and up on the beacon so the sunsets are amazing. Short walk into village.
