Hop on the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow, where culinary delights galore await.
If you prefer you can cycle to Padstow along the Camel Trail from Wadebridge.

Krowji is a wonderful place to stay, lots of lovely details and in an amazing location. The beds are extremely comfortable! We were a party of 3 adults (1 in the double bed in the smaller bedroom, and 2 in the twin beds in the main bedroom) and it didn't feel at all squashed. The lounge is a generous size and the sunroom overlooking Polzeath is gorgeous (those sunsets!). Would highly recommend!...

Website very quick and easy for booking. Although changing my password caused me to be unable to log back in to access details. The lady I spoke to when I called sent me everything I needed very quickly.

Great little place. Amazing views. It's well kitted out with everything you need. Cosy with the fire going. Loved it.
