Hop on the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow, where culinary delights galore await.
If you prefer you can cycle to Padstow along the Camel Trail from Wadebridge.

Might be an idea to mention that people staying at Krowji needs to be in fairly good health, no mobility issues.

We loved staying at Krowji. There were a few cobwebs here and there and a couple of lightbulbs were dead with no replacements that we could find, but overall, the standard of cleanliness was very good and it felt like receiving a warm hug of recognition when we arrived. Krowji Kate was so friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in booking again. Oh, and the view and proximity to Polzeath beach were outstanding!...
