The Garden apartment we stayed in was exceptionally good also the grounds where beautiful The host left information on the area which was helpful The host was friendly and nothing was to much trouble The history in this building takes your breath away . We were sorry to hear this and had Classic or the owner been contacted at the time, we would have assisted with this straight away. The owner has informed us that there had been an issue with the pump, but this was replaced before your arrival and a message sent to explain that it will be getting back up to temperature. Had the pool been tried a day or so later, it would have warmed up further. We are sorry if it still did not reach temperature for your first day trying out the pool. The sauna is always switched off to conserve energy but once switched on it should be working as expected. The owner has since requested the management company check this, now she is aware of your feedback. Thanks for sending in your comments and we are glad you otherwise enjoyed your time there. We loved our stay at the garden apartment. The size of the place was good for a large group, and the photos almost make it seem smaller than it actually is. There is a great kitchen, dining and living room. The kids loved the pool and the garden, which also went down well with the adults! The location was perfect for exploring Fowey and Cornwall in general. The opening of a new Co-op 2 minutes walk away is even better....
