Burnfoot has a little garden accessed from the ground floor and a second garden to the side of the property, perfect for following the sun around.

Visit Burncoose Nursery and Gardens - the family estate owns Burnfoot and the gardens. Take the time to enjoy the 30 acres of woodland and the beautiful Magnolias and Rhododendrons. Visitors to the Nursery and grounds are welcome between 09.30-16.00.
The family-friendly beach at Portreath is a twenty minute drive away.
Portreath is stunning any time of year.
The golden sands of Gwithian are not too far and stretch for miles.
The owner of the barns is also the custodian of the Caerhays Estate near St Austell, come and visit during your stay.

A very nice property on the edge of a farm yet within its own grounds, so loved seeing the cows going past the gate for milking, the pigs & also the guinea fowl sitting on our window sill! The property was equipped & decorated to an extremely high standard, really lovely. A beautiful, quiet, peaceful countryside location....

Loved the cottage , it’s decor , and the showers with large heads was appreciated .Superb position in Cornwall to stay at property and enjoy peace and tranquility , but equally so good to explore Cornwall ,as well sited to visit many of Cornwall’s coast and areas of beauty . Welcome gifts and phone call from Tracy the housekeeper was welcomed too . Great experience , would highly recommend ....

Burnfoot is a very welcoming cottage, we’ll equipped with spacious accommodation. Scones and wine were a lovely touch on arrival. As the weather was so cold we were provided with extra logs during the week. We are talking about returning next year.

Spacious, quality accommodation in such a peaceful location. Working farm on the doorstep was fascinating to see. Challenging finding routes on the narrow lanes but we nailed it!
