Very comfortable and spacious cottage. Have visited before and would use again . TV reception was a bit varied but excellent smart TV and good broadband made up for this . Property has a decent bathroom with bath but hot water supply could be improved, but property has an excellent separate shower room with WC etc so not a significant issue . Good wood burner kept the cottage warm and comfortable but night storage heaters also provided adequate heating. ...

We were very pleased with Cleveland cottage. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable too. We enjoyed sitting in the garden with only the birds for company. The low doorways caught us out a few times as we are both very tall and had to learn to stoop moving around downstairs. Very well situated to explore Exmoor. We were very grateful to the owners for allowing us to store our bikes safely in the garage....
