Location, and dog friendly and one of the few properties that caters for couples. Ease of car parking and proximity of local shop. Most local points of interest within easy reach of cottage. Although the owners shared the building as the cottage is an annex to Bessamer Thatch, they were very unobtrusive and most helpful in recommending places to visit....
