Your have your own driveway through a stunning meadow and there is private parking at the top.

Appledore sits opposite Instow and a passenger ferry runs between the two during the summer months.
North Devon is renowned for its incredible coastline, miles and miles for all the family to enjoy. Great for surfing, kite surfing and walking. This is the beach at Instow.
Catch the passenger ferry from Bideford Quay for a day of birdwatching on Lundy Island.
Charming Clovelly is a short car journey away.
Sit and admire the view from the harbour at Clovelly.
Have a day of adventure at North Devon Wake Park where you can wakeboard, paddle board or enjoy the giant aquapark!
Bideford is a pretty market town.

This is a lovely part of Devon with lots to see and do, for all ages. Good walking from Appledore to Westward Ho! Docton Mill is also a lovely spot to visit with very pretty gardens and a good cafe for cream teas! Also, for the keen gardener Rosemoor is nearby, and well worth a visit. ...
