Maryland is a very comfortable, well equipped and very private cottage with tremendous views over Talland Bay. There are great walks along the coast straight from the cottage door and with Bodmin moor and Dartmoor within easy distance it's an excellent base for walkers. Looe, Fowey and Polperro are all close by and all are worth a visit. Maryland comes highly recommended and we look forward to staying again in the future....

This is a fabulously located cottage that is perfect if you want to retreat away from the crowds. We stayed here for a week and loved being able to walk out the door and down to the coastal path. Looe and Polperro are both within walking distance of the cottage and are both worthy a visit; be prepared for a few hills along the way though. We also visited The Eden Project, Truro and Plymouth as they are easily accessible by car from here. The cottage is clean with a fabulous view out to sea. The facilities are great. We arrived on a cold and blustery afternoon and, once we had unpacked and settled in, the cottage proved cosy and comfortable. Sitting out on the porch and watching the wildlife is a great way to pass the time. We had a deer come to the garden at one point! The pint of milk and packet of yummy biscuits put out for our arrival was the icing on the cake for a great trip....
