Lovely property, comfortable and well equipped. Off the beaten track without being remote or isolated with glorious views towards Dartmoor. Good dog walks from the door and well secure garden. Would certainly return for another stay.

A lovely well equipped cottage in a beautiful setting. The owners were on hand if needed but not intrusive in any way. The welcome bonus of homemade scones,jam and clotted cream were very much appreciated after a long journey and treats for the dog too!...

Anyone that wants a quiet restful break Popplestone is perfect. We found the area was great for visiting lots of interesting places, without having to use busy roads.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and nothing was to much trouble. There was a cream tea waiting for us on arrival with some essential shopping. The cottage was spotless and everything in it was in good condition. The location was excellent with walks from the door with the dogs. Def recommend it and would book again....
