One of the best cottages we've stayed in and in a beautiful location. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed and the homemade scones that greeted us on our arrival were a lovely touch. I'm sure we'll be returning to Popplestone....

Lovely property, comfortable and well equipped. Off the beaten track without being remote or isolated with glorious views towards Dartmoor. Good dog walks from the door and well secure garden. Would certainly return for another stay.

A lovely well equipped cottage in a beautiful setting. The owners were on hand if needed but not intrusive in any way. The welcome bonus of homemade scones,jam and clotted cream were very much appreciated after a long journey and treats for the dog too!...
