If you are looking for an exceptional and well equipped home that sleeps ten comfortably, then I cannot recommend Upton Mill too strongly. The house exceeded all our expectations and was ideally situated to give peaceful seclusion with easy walking and access to beaches. The views from the balcony are wonderful....

This is a comfortable and spacious holiday home - perfect for larger parties. Coastal walks, beaches and pubs all easily accessible by foot or short car drive. Would thoroughly recommend and we would hope to return.

Peacefulness, wide spaces (inside and outside) and one of the most extraordinary views made our stay at Upton Mill a glorious break from the city. Beautifully decorated and, as the accommodation was full of modern conveniences, we could relax as soon as we arrived. With Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel, Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow so very close by, opportunities for days out were many and varied, and the stunning coastal walks gave us the necessary exercise on a daily basis. As there are relatively few supermarkets nearby, it is probably wise to book a grocery delivery, which is incredibly easy and very reliable. A perfect sitting and layout for a large family or group of friends....
