Mrs Riddle September 2025

This is an exceptional holiday home in a fantastic setting. The view is perfect. The house is large, warm and extremely comfortable. The turning circle for parking is challenging but can be done with patience. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property for two or eight people plus dogs. Thank you so much for sharing your review - we're thrilled that you enjoyed Westward and the stunning setting. We always specify in the property description if an enclosed garden is available, but as you can imagine, we can't guarantee that every garden will be completely escape-proof for all pets. We do recommend keeping an extra eye on adventurous companions, just to be safe. We're so pleased to hear that you have plans to return and look forward to seeing you again soon. Lovely as always. Beautiful location, great views, very peaceful. Property is well equipped and clean. Great place family holiday. 2 nice beaches close by, Porthcurnick and Towan, both with nice cafes.

Fantastic property very well equiped with incredible views from the huge balcony and open plan living room/ dining room/ kitchen. Steps from garden direct to the river for swimming. Table tennis table in garden and also a games room with another one. Three bathrooms with excellent pressure in showers. Three bedrooms downstairs with river views from all these.(One double upstairs) Kayaks available for hire next door at yacht club. Walks direct from property and all over the Roselands Peninsula. Close to pretty Portscatho which has an excellent village shop and you can eat out here also. Stunning St Mawes only 6 miles away. Possibly a bit isolated for some but we liked this total peace and quiet ....

The location of this property is outstanding, the views are perfect. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. There are lots of places to see locally without travelling very far, but you are also plenty of walks straight from the door. We went with an elderly relative and dogs, and all members of the party loved this property. We have booked to return again later this year !! ...
