The location of this property is outstanding, the views are perfect. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. There are lots of places to see locally without travelling very far, but you are also plenty of walks straight from the door. We went with an elderly relative and dogs, and all members of the party loved this property. We have booked to return again later this year !! ...

Fantastic location with a view you can never get bored with! Well equipped for large groups though we were a group of 3 so had plenty of space! A couple of niggles with occasional noisy plumbing and an unuseable parasol for the outdoor table, but this really didn't detract from the amazing location and the well-equipped house. Paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, great walks right fromthe door...absolute heaven. We will return....

A perfect situation in terms of the view of the Percuil River and access to the water for boaters and boarders. On-water conditions can be both sheltered and sunny. Boatyard cooperative for berthing etc. The house inside is spacious and comfortable with table tennis and football for indoor collective amusement....
