You are welcome to walk through the owners' beautifully landscaped grounds and private woods to the beach, only 400 yards away.
Looking back at Little Trefusis from your garden. The property is attached to the owners' home, but retains a good deal of privacy.
Mylor Yacht Harbour is just down the road.
Flushing has its own little beach looking out across the water to Falmouth.
Gyllyngvase beach in Falmouth is popular with families.

We had a fantastic week stay in Little Trefusis. The cottage is quiet, offers great space, has comfortable beds, and the lovely cosy living room heated by the aga was a treat. The enclosed garden was particularly a highlight for peace of mind with our dog. There is a short walk down to the beach through the private gardens and a circular walk back through Flushing up the footpaths. A really special place, we will be back soon! ...

A warm and cosy cottage, perfect for a spring break, when the grounds are full of bluebells and spring flowers. We even saw some early orchids on the road into Flushing. The walk to the beach is a delight, and it’s easy to swim from (if you like cold water!). In spring, there is a (pay) sauna on the beach, which seemed popular, but not overcrowded. ...

Little Trefusis is a beautiful house in an amazing location, a short stroll away from the beach through the woods of a private estate. I would strongly recommend staying at Little Trefusis cottage, for a quiet getaway and sketching and photographing nature. The interface with community, the locals, taking the ferry, walking, a more sustainable way to live.

Just back from a stay at Little Trefusis, they location was perfect and Jan the owner was very helpful when needed. Would definitely stay there again.
