We stayed a week at the cottage and it was excellent. The cottage itself is modern, good quality accomodation, very clean, excellent presentation. Quiet gated location within 100 metres of Helmsley centre and with parking. Perfect for accessing the facilities. Helmsley is a great base, plenty to see and do. Good food options, and lots nearby. Would highly recommend....

No. 9 is one of the best properties we've stayed in. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It's only a 5 minute walk to centre of Helmsley which has some lovely shops, cafes etc - everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and are planning to return next year....
