The compact kitchen-area has all the amenities you will need to ensure a good breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed, that's if you don't venture further afield to enjoy the local eateries and hot spots.
Should you wish to use a little more worktop space, the fridge can easily be located to another purpose-built area of the lodge allowing for more worktop space to whip up that special meal.
Many hours can be enjoyed simply relaxing and unwinding with a good book.

My partner and I couldn't have felt more spoilt and supported by our thoughtful hosts. So many caring details. The wood of the cabin walls and ceiling were beautiful and the large windows offered a stunning view on one side of the cabin featuring sunsets over rolling green hills, and the other window let in a stunning garden view - there was also a small bluebell patch of woodland by the entry gate which was just enchanting. Everything worked. The towels smelt amazing. The bed was really comfortable. The cabin held heat well so we were never too cold at night. There are some lovely ambling country walks. We walked to River Cottage Kitchen and it was a simply stunning way to travel. Highly recommend to pedestrians who like to stay close to home away from towns for quietude (like we are) or drivers who wish to travel to different places around the county and come back each evening to somewhere stunning and private. ...
