The welcome flowers, card and provisions were very much appreciated. We loved the feel of the cottage - lots of character and style, quality furnishings, appliances and equipment. We also loved the position, with Devoran Quay just a short walk away. Such a joy to walk the dog there early in the morning and late in the evening when the wading birds are calling and feeding on the tide. Despite the weather we have had a super holiday. A day in Falmouth, swimming at Swan Pool, the gardens at NT Trelessick, and a trip to Porthleven with a blustery walk along the shingle bar to Gunwalloe . A walk along the Old Tram Road to Loe Beach for lunch and a swim, dodging the showers, rounded off a memorable week. ...
