Centrally located and just a short walk to both the town and the seafront. Parking is tight and not for the feint hearted! so I just found a spot on an adjacent road and left my car there for the week with no trouble or charge. The accommodation is well equipped and really comfortable with a lovely balcony if you manage to catch the Cornish sun. Stayed as a solo traveler and felt safe and secure in the Works....

The Works, being located in the centre of Penzance, provides an excellent base for exploring West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is well-equipped and has been skilfully adapted for use as a holiday let. Penzance itself has a lovely art gallery (The Penlee), attractive gardens and some good restaurants (can recommend the Barbican Bistro). It is also an easy stroll along the promenade into Newlyn. ...

It was a great central place to stay in Penzance. Didn’t need a car during my stay but was glad to be able to park outside. The accommodation was well equipped clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again
