The Lobster Pot was a beautiful location. We immediately felt at home and loved the view from the sitting room, a wonderful panorama. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. All clean and spotless. We travelled by train, caught a taxi to the property and then navigated on foot or by bus for the week. There were loads of lovely walks and places to visit, I'd highly recommend it....

A lovely, very clean apartment with great views. Lovely walks from the doorstep and very near great pubs and a 5 minute stroll to one of the best delis we know

Perfect apartment and setting. Lots to watch whilst you are busy doing nothing! Very relaxing and within easy reach of beach, eateries and ice creams!
Thank you.

The best thing about the „Lobster Pot“ is definitely the view and the panoramic outlook, plus it’s flooded with natural light. The furnishings are in excellent condition. Every detail has been thought of, especially in the kitchen. We also liked the heating, which responded very quickly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There’s a small deli right around the corner where you can buy delicious baked goods. There are also two really good restaurants in town, with the “Boathouse” being particularly noteworthy....

The apartment has a really lovely view of the river estuary, which changes over the day with the tide. It's bright and airy and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Parking is straightforward and the complex is very easy to find. There are walks from immediately outside, a choice of supermarkets 10-15 minutes away and a good delicatessen minutes away in Instow. You should be aware that there are 30 stairs up to the apartment but it's a good form of exercise!...
