The Lobster Pot is a bright, airy apartment with great views. The welcome pack with milk in the fridge was very useful and the kitchen was fully equipped with all one could need. The folder with all the explanatory information on the equipment was comprehensive and the information pack on the area was very useful, including the OS map. We found the walking on Tarka Trail very easy to follow with all the information provided. The addition of binoculars was a lovely touch. We had a restful week and would return again. ...

A nice centrally located apartment with good car park, lovely views over the river and good access to pubs and restaurants. Older holidaymakers may wish to note that there is no lift in the apartment block and the car parking space is a fair walk from the front door....

Lobster pot cottage did not disappoint Stunning views in this well equipped and comfortable four person flat We came with our two teenage daughters for a much needed family break and Lobster pot cottage did us all proud
