Any excellent property in an ideal setting there was easy access to travel and explore the surrounding villages and coastal ports. The property itself was very comfortable and well equipped. We have been coming to Cornwall for many years but this is now our go to property would highly recommend it....

What a lovely property. So peaceful and yet with easy access to all the important sites Loved the fact it is on one level. The access from the property into the garden was fantastic for the grandchildren who could roam freely and safely. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. We have already booked for next year!! Spacious, clean and warm cottage, not far from the main road but in a very quiet rural location with fine views across fields. Padstow, Camel Trail, Lanhydrock all within easy reach, excellent community shop at Blisland a few miles away.

Our second holiday at The Linney. Wonderful property in a wonderful setting. Ideal place to relax and take it easy. Easily accessible to the A39, no narrow lanes to negotiate, a great base to explore Cornwall and North Devon. Large secure garden for our dog to roam around and keep a friendly eye on the sheep in the field next to us....

We all enjoyed our stay at The Linney. Accommodation on one level suits us, as we take my 96year old mum so it is easy for her to get around. Waking up to the pretty views was great too! Beds extreamly comfortable . We do hope to return sometime. Thank you....
