Fabulous house, great amenities and very well equipped - garden was great for the dogs, they loved it. Close to the main road, so easy access out every day. Close to Wadebridge for shopping and not too far from the beaches.

We would recommend a stay at Kelly Green Mill, the house was spotless & really well equipped & is in a good position for visiting the area. There is a separate area in the house which is perfect for younger members of the family & a lovely big garden & garden furniture for relaxing. We travelled with 6 adults and one teenager. Everybody had their own room and bathroom witch is very comfortable. The kitchen is very large and everything you need for cooking was there. It is very centrally located for excursions in Cornwall. Very quiet....

This is a fantastic holiday cottage for extended families to stay in. It is easily accessible from the A39 yet dry quiet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The open plan living space and large lawned gardens were great for our little grandsons. We really appreciated lots of parking space right by the front door too. A brilliant place to stay in our favourite part of Cornwall....
