Very attractive and comfortable cottage in an elevated position 5 mins walk from the harbourside. The drive is quite narrow and the walk back up from the harbour is a bit steep,but we managed it fine and we are elderly.

This is a lovely house in a fantastic location. The drive is tight but not impossible, do be aware the fridge is small with an ice box no freezer otherwise. None of this hampered our stay and we would definitely return. While in St Mawes we enjoyed the hidden cinema at the St Mawes hotel and a drink or two at The Victory Inn, the staff were great we were disappointed we hadn’t found it sooner. We also made use of the passenger ferry to Falmouth, much quicker than driving. ...

A beautiful house in lovely grounds a short walk from the centre of St Mawes. We had a lovely holiday but would point out the walk back to the house is up quite a steep hill so not suitable for all.

This is a top class property, beautifully furnished in a quiet , prime location near to the beach and shops. The beds are extremely comfortable which is most important. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house was cosy and warm.
